Our activity

Inoxcense France designs, publishes and operates the SaaS platform DIGIPOUS, aimed at public and private actors of urban asset management. DIGIPOUS enables our customers to map, inventory, maintain and operate:

• Their public lighting assets (luminaires, cabinets, works, cables, supports)
• Their telecom networks — optical fiber, copper, civil engineering infrastructure
• Their water networks — potable water supply (AEP) and sanitation
• Their CMMS maintenance (field rounds, incidents, interventions, works programs)

DIGIPOUS is offered in SaaS mode with a per-light-point yearly pricing. We also provide associated services: configuration, integration of existing data, end-user training and ongoing maintenance.

How we find our customers

Inoxcense France operates in the French B2B public sector and B2B major accounts market. Our commercial development relies on four main channels:

• Public tenders published on BOAMP, achatpublic.com and the DECP (Essential Public Procurement Data) database. Our platform natively integrates monitoring and analysis of these tenders.
• Direct outreach to departmental energy syndicates, local authorities and national operators (members of the FNCCR, French National Federation of Granting Authorities and Public Utilities).
• Trade shows and professional events — Light+Building (Frankfurt), Smart City Expo, Salon des Maires et des Collectivités Locales, FNCCR congress.
• Referrals from our existing customers and partners (network effect in the local public sector).
